Let's Stop the Weak-end!

Are you looking forward to your free-from-your-vet-job days?... only to immediately start fearing the food/ booze binges that seem to repeat themselves over and over again?

 

Let’s stop the “weak-end” of the week by creating a DOABLE PLAN for all the free days. This is especially important if you tend to binge-eat/binge-drink during the weekends.

1. Start where you are: if you want to take back control over your food habits and urges, start collecting wins. Plan for three cakes and one bottle of champagne for every day if this is what you ended up doing in the last three-four weekends anyhow! Allow yourself to stop when it’s time to stop. But plan abundantly.


2. Stop the mean self-talk! Talk to you gently and lovingly through this process. Ask kind questions as: “Hey, friend, are you ready to stop, or do we need some more?” If the answer is “more,” give yourself more. Until you stop.


3. Stop before finishing what was planned if you want to stop earlier and you feel satisfied. Honor your inner “stop.” You’ll be able to eat more of those foods the next day.

 

You might tell me: Nadina, that’s the most stupid thing that somebody ever suggested me to do! I will never lose weight in this way!

 

And I want to offer you that I‘ve had lots of clients who started exactly where you are today.

 

They started by totally losing their sh*t during the weekends, by adding blame and shame and mean self-talk on top of it and ended up repeating the cycle over and over again.

 

I asked them, as I ask you right now:

“Do you want to be right, or do you want to permanently lose weight?”

“Do you want to be right, or do you want to feel in control around foods and booze?"

If the answer is a HECK YES for permanently losing weight, then....
