Do like Forrest Gump
We believe that a tool is supposed to work forever.
We judge ourselves harshly when we don't follow the food plan, or when we "drop the shoe".
We judge ourselves harshly when we slide out of the freaking hamster wheel
When we put makeup on our faces.... because we are then "vain".
When we don't put makeup on our faces.... because we "don't care about ourselves anymore".
What if that's EXACTLY what's supposed to happen?
This came up during a coaching call today.
So I tell you, as I told my client: we are changing all the time.
The atoms in our bodies are completely changed after 1 year.
When we breathe in and exhale, WE ARE DIFFERENT.
We are constantly shifting and changing.
Sooooo, F*CK THE FRAMES!
STOP INCARCERATING YOURSELF IN THE SAME FRAMEWORK OF KNOWLEDGE, IDEAS, BEHAVIORS as yesterday, one month ago or ten years ago!
➡ If something doesn't fit you anymore, STOP! ⬅
Glide gracefully or jump from the frame.
Follow the fun and the giggles in your chest
Create/find a different tool.
Be like Forrest Gump when he decided in the middle of the desert to stop running!
You can do it too!
Just like that!
Embrace the pivoting!
Embrace the giggles and the sparkles!
Create frames that you can expand into, not that constrict your mind, body and your sparkles!
Be like Forrest Gump, my friend!
