This Agreement is Made Between

Coach, Nadina Cojocaru/VetCoach International

and

The Coaching Client

Coaching Sessions

Weekly Group Coaching Sessions over 6 months.

Sessions will be approximately 60-90 minutes in duration.

Terms

There is a non-refundable fee for the deposit of 1000 USD which must be paid in advance to secure a place. And a total of $3000 must be paid by January 10th 2022.

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching via Zoom.

There will be replays of the session available for clients.

Coaching, which is not advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.

Dates and times will be set by the Coach.

If you wish to remain anonymous in the group then you need to put this request to the coach (prior to group coaching)

Confidentiality

The Coach’s relationship with the Client is not legally bound by confidentiality. Nevertheless, the Coach agrees that all information shared by the Client with the Coach shall remain confidential. The coach agrees not to disclose the client's name for any reason whatsoever without the Client's consent. Confidential information does not include information that:

(a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to the formation of this contract;

(b) is generally known to the public or in the Client's circle of friends and family

and co-workers;

Coaching Relationship

Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

Waiver of Liability

By signing this agreement Client here and forever agrees to release, indemnify, discharge and hereby hold harmless Coach/Company and its respective agents, representatives, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, rights of action or causes of action, liabilities, and/or expenses, present or future, arising out of, or connected with, my participation in the Program, without limitation, which may occur as a result of following advice tendered and released, or training rendered. The client further declares and represents that no promise or inducement has been made to enter into this agreement.

Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden.

Declaration

I understand that I am working with Nadina Cojocaru for professional life coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply.

These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.
